After a Long time a good IPO has come the  since I have open an demat account , The picture now lies whether a first time small investor ..  How much should he risk in the IPO ? It's surely a goodone but will not rise rapidly , I am not a market master but this project will be on the way from 2008 , I have gone through all materials online about the IPO and views from experts

I was restricted to invest 49600 , opted for 800 shares because of PAN unavaliabilty. i was waiting impatiently for teh IPO allotment but to my bad luck I was not alloted any shares, was really depressed for sometime but due to the over subscription of the IPO I may not have got any , These things happen in stock Market . But just now I came to know I was alloted 35 shares of deccan aviation limited .
